A 13 year old murder case is back in the spotlight, now that a key witness has agreed to testify.
Police say 34-year old Daniel Groves is the man accused of shooting four people that left one teenager dead back on Labor Day in 1995.
The drive-by shooting occurred at Washington and Illinois Streets and police say at least 30 bullets were fired.
Robert Winston, 17, died from his injuries.
Spencer Johnson, who was wounded, told police Groves was the gunman and he was originally set to go to trial in 1996.
However, Johnson refused to repeat his story in court, but has since changed his mind.
Daniel Groves was arraigned in court earlier this year and his trial began on Monday and continues today.
