Indianapolis police say they've found two children who were the subject of an Amber Alert.
Lt. Jeff Duhamell says the five-year-old girl and three-year-old boy were found unharmed Monday morning at the apartment complex on the city's west side where they were reported missing the night before.
Duhamell says no arrests were immediately made and child welfare workers were called to care for the two children. He says language differences may have hampered the investigation.
The children's mother told police Sunday that a 35-year-old man had taken them without her permission and stolen her car.
A Vigo County child who was the subject of an Amber Alert on Sunday was also located.
