Families in Indianapolis are picking up the pieces after a tornado swept across the city's east side late Frirday.

No one was killed in the storm which damaged several homes and knocked power out to more than 100,000 customers.

The American Red Cross housed 135 people overnight in a gym, including one woman who said the storm "sounded like 20 trains coming at you."

No injuries or damage are reported from a possible tornado today near Washington, D.C.
