The two Democratic candidates for governor will debate on Tuesday.
The one-hour debate between Jim Schellinger and Jill Long Thompson will start at 7 p.m. (EDT) at Rhinehart Recital Hall on the Indiana-Purdue Fort Wayne campus.
The hall seats about 230 people, with 75 tickets going to each campaign and 35 more to the host of the debate. That leaves room for about 50 others to watch it live. A moderator will ask some questions submitted by audience members, and some questions will come from a panel of journalists.
WISE-TV in Fort Wayne will broadcast the debate live.
Schellinger campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Wagner says it may be the only debate between the candidates before the May 6th primary.
The winner of the primary takes on Republican Governor Mitch Daniels in the fall.
