Democratic gubernatorial candidates Jim Schellinger and Jill Long Thompson will debate Tuesday.
The one-hour debate will start at 7 p.m. EDT at Rhinehart Recital Hall on the Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne campus.
The hall seats about 230 people, with 75 tickets going to each campaign and 35 more to the host of the debate. That leaves room for about 50 others to watch it live.
A moderator will ask some questions submitted by audience members, and some questions will come from a panel of journalists.
WISE-TV in Fort Wayne will broadcast the debate live.
Schellinger campaign spokeswoman Jennifer Wagner says it may be the only debate between the candidates before the May 6 primary.
The winner of the primary takes on Republican Gov. Mitch Daniels in the fall.
