The sister of a Roman Catholic priest says he's back in Indiana after a weeklong disappearance in Greece but is "very confused" about what happened to him there.

The Indianapolis Star quotes (http://indy.st/TCeiWd) Nadia Kappes Charcap of Franklin as saying the Rev. Christian Kappes flew Wednesday to Atlanta, where relatives met him and drove the 36-year-old priest back to Indiana.

Kappes had told his family he feared for his life in Greece because relatives of his interpreter, ILoanna Lekakou, wanted to kill them to get $70,000 from her inheritance. Lekakou fled with Kappes to Germany, where he was hospitalized for injuries from an assault.

Charcap says Kappes was exhausted, under great stress and was hospitalized overnight for heart palpitations. She says he was resting in an undisclosed location.
