A sorority expelled from DePauw University in a flap over evicting some of its members might return to the Greencastle, Indiana, campus as soon as three years from now.

Delta Zeta and DePauw have settled a lawsuit in which the two sides agreed the sorority can seek to return to campus in 2010.

The sorority sued DePauw in federal court in March, after the school president evicted them.

Delta Zeta was accused of asking only attractive, popular students to remain active members.
The Oxford, Ohio-based sorority maintained the evictions were based on the members' lack of commitment to recruiting new pledges.
