Coats introduces legislation to delay Affordable Care Act deadlines

Behind Syria and the economy, one of the biggest topics facing Congress this session is health care and the Affordable Care Act.

Open enrollment begins October 1st, and those who don't get insurance soon will face a penalty.

Indiana Senator Dan Coats introduced legislation to delay individual and employer mandates until 2015.

"The best shot at repealing this devastating law is to delay it and allow the American people to decide Obamacare’s fate in the 2014 election," Coats said in a written statement.
