Traffic stop leads to meth bust, stolen vehicle recovery

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. A traffic stop led to a meth bust and the discovery of a stolen vehicle in Marshall County.

It happened on the 900 block of U.S. 31.

Marshall County police stopped driver Robert Segars, 47, of Lakeville and the passenger, Carmen Murray, 24, of Walkerton.

Police spotted a "one-pot" meth lab in their possession and then discovered that the car they were driving was a stolen vehicle from South Bend.

Both Segars and Murray were arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

They're charged with manufacturing methamphetamine.

Segars was additionally charged with receiving stolen property.
