Simple tips to help keep your skin looking young:
Drink plenty of water to nourish and plump up the skin. And eat lots of fruits and vegetables which are high in antioxidants and foods rich in vitamins E and A.
Wash your face and apply moisturizer in the morning and at night. During the day also use sunscreen and an antioxidant cream such as one containing vitamin E.
Exfoliate twice a week with products containing:
Alpha hydroxy acid and glycolic acid.
And at night apply the gold standard for anti-aging: retinoic acid orretin-A, but not if you are pregnant.
