Researchers say, insomnia costs the U.S. billions of dollars in lost productivity.
A recent study looked at sleep and work productivity information from over 7,000 working Americans.
Researchers found more than 20 percent of people in the study battled insomnia.
While many went to work, experts say they accomplished less because they were tired.
When they added all the lost productivity time, they found it costs the U.S. 60 billion dollars a year.
