Indiana University Health Goshen wants to help families get fit this summer!
The group hosted their annual “Get up and GOshen" event.
The event takes place at Schrock Pavilion in Shanklin Park in Goshen. It runs from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.
It's is free and open to residents of Goshen and surrounding communities.
The day is filled with learning stations for families. Kids will learn about things like nutrtion and dental health. There are also fun activities planned. Soem of the activies include Zumba for kids, hula hooping, and bike safety courses.
Families will have the chance to earn $10 in IU Health Bucks to spend on fresh produce at the farmer’s market.
Goodie bags will be available for the first 100 families.
Adult's can also take advantage of free health screenings.
