You can get a free health screening in Plymouth on Wednesday.
The LifePlex Health Fair is being held from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. at 2855 Miller Dr. in Plymouth.
Speakers will be giving presentations throughout the day on various health topics. The Keynote Speaker will be Marci Crozier, a contestant from NBC's Biggest Loser Season 11. She will speak at 6 p.m. in the LifePlex Conference room.
There will also be cooking demonstrations and a ping-pong tournament. There is a $5 entry fee to compete in the tournament.
Performances will be given by the Plymouth Youth Orchestra, the LifePlex Dance Academy and a Silver Sneakers Class.
There will be grand prize drawings for a hot air balloon ride for two and a family membership to Fitness Forum Sports & Wellness at LifePlex.
