The days of burning the bra may be long gone, but the days of decorating the bra are totally in! And you can join in all the fun and raise money at the same time.
It's time once again for Bra's Around the Bend, a benefit for RiverBend Cancer Services. Every year, area celebrities, artists, survivors and businesses decorate all kinds of bras and auction them off.
RiverBend Cancer Services provides medicine, nutrition, wigs, counseling bras and much more to women fighting breast cancer in the area, and the bra auction is just part of the fun.
Bra's Around the Bend takes place one week from Thursday, on October 6, at Le Peep in Downtown South Bend from 5:30 to 8:30p.m.
There will be food and drink and you can bid on some awesome embellished bras. Tickets are $25.
