Eczema is an itchy, red rash that does not go away easily.
More and more babies and kids are getting the skin condition, which is potentially serious.
"So it's a problem where the skin is sort of hyper sensitive. It causes, burning, itching, rashes and secondary infection,” said dermatologist Dr. Lawrence Eichenfield.
About 20 percent of children in the United States get Eczema.
The cause is unknown; however, allergies seem to trigger the eruption.
Adults are not immune to eczema, but their cases tend to be more mild and linked to stress.
