Vitamin-C can keep you looking young

It is possible that oranges and other foods rich in vitamin-C could be the key to a youthful glow.

In a new study, people whose diets were packed with vitamin-C had fewer wrinkles than people whose diets did not contain much vitamin-C.

The study focused on foods rich in the vitamin and not supplements. High intakes of linoleic acid, which are found in many nuts and flaxseed, was also associated with more youthful skin.
