Two suspects accused in a shooting last week in Cass County are facing up to life in prison, according to the Niles Daily Star.
Anthony Bostick, 21, and Kayla Johnson, 21, were arraigned in court Tuesday, each on more than 30 felony counts, including conspiracy to commit assault with intent to murder.
They were arrested in connection with a shooting in front of a home in Howard township last Thursday.
Officers say an argument broke out in the front yard, and someone pulled a handgun out of a car and opened fire on a number of people. No one was injured.
Police arrested Bostick and Johnson in South Bend the next day, and also found the weapon believed to have been used in the crime.
Both are being held in the Cass County Jail, and are due back in court Wednesday, August 12, 2012.
