GRANGER, Ind.--- Work of rebuilding a Granger restaurant that was badly damaged by a fire has slowed down.

The owner of Copper Creek Café posted on the restaurant's Facebook page this week that paperwork and insurance issues are stalling the process.

The fire started back in April when someone put a cardboard box with cooking oil on top of a hot grill.

An employee put the flames out with water, and then set the box outside the back door.

But the fire started up again, and winds blew the box back into the building.
