A man wanted in Fulton County was arrested in Plymouth on Monday.
Officers responded to a suspicious subject complaint around 8:21 p.m. in Marshall County. Officers were called to the parking lot of a Marathon Station near the intersection of Queen Road and U.S. 30 in Plymouth.
Through an investigation, the male subject driving the vehicle was identified as Seth P. Houin. It was discovered that Houin had an active warrant for his arrest out of Fulton County. Houin was taken into police custody for the warrant.
During the investigation, police also found a controlled subject in the vehicle.
Houin was booked into the Marshall County Jail for the local charge of Possession of Controlled Substance (D-Felony) and is being held for Fulton County’s active warrant.
