Vigil to be held for missing Berrien County boy
A boy has been missing for more than a decade, but family and friends are determined not to forget Steven Kraft, a Berrien County boy who disappeared when he was 12. Kraft would now be a man and 24 years old.
In 2001, he left his Benton Harbor home to walk the dogs one night and never returned. Police searched on foot and even from helicopters for days, but found no sign of Kraft.
A vigil will be held Friday evening at 7 p.m. at the house where Kraft used to live. The public is invited to attend.
