Upperclassmen move in at Notre Dame

Notre Dame freshman moved onto campus Friday, and Sunday more than 6,000 upperclassmen took their turn.

It's the same old story for them, unpack the car, put everything on the curb, then put anything you can in a bin and roll it right to your dorm room, the fewer stairs the better.

Students say move-in day can be both exciting and stressful, but for the upperclassmen, It sure helps having a few years under their belt.

“Today it's been really well, freshman year I remember it was super crowded, we tried to come early then, and so we've learned that, if you wait later in the day it clears up a bit so today it's been really nice," said Notre Dame junior Julia Teixeira.

The Notre Dame campus will be pretty much full after today. Classes start on Tuesday.
