Benton Harbor’s Emergency Financial Manager, Joseph Harris, says he will discuss the city’s financial crisis at an upcoming meeting this week.
Harris told WSJM that he is not going to call a special election on the millage renewals that failed on Election Day, saying that he says he believes those millages would likely fail again.
