Police say that a Mishawaka man was behind the wheel of the car that crashed into an Indianapolis fast-food restaurant Saturday.
Officers say Carl Thelin, 82, of Mishawaka told them he was pulling into a parking spot at a Hardee's when his foot got stuck under the brake.
His car then went through a large plate glass window, sending glass flying into the dining area.
Two people were treated at the scene for cuts from the flying glass. Thelin was not hurt.
The damage to the building was not major and did not cause the restaurant to close.
