St. Joseph County, Ind. Three people were taken to the hospital Sunday morning after their vehicle flipped while driving on the Toll Road.
It happened around 7:30 a.m. near mile marker 82. A vehicle went off the road into the median and hit a emergency vehicle turnaround and went airborne.
Two adults in the vehicle complained of back and neck pain while the child seemed to be uninjured from being strapped into a car seat.
Luckily an emergency room nurse from Memorial Hospital was driving by and stopped when they saw the accident happen.
All three of the passengers were taken to Memorial.
Indiana State Police continue to investigate what caused the crash.
