A third person pleads no contest to involvement in a Benton Township car chase that ended up costing a woman's life.
That's according to our reporting partners at the Herald Palladium.
The chase happened last fall, after a fight in the 1100 block of Highland Avenue.
Police say Qudonis Harrell, 26, entered a no contest plea Monday. He was charged with a moving violation causing death after the car he was allegedly chasing crashed, killing the female passenger.
Police say Qudonis brother, James Harrell, 27, was also involved in the chase, and had already pleaded no contest.
Both brothers chased a vehicle driven by Alexis Washington. Washington was charged with attempted reckless driving causing death, and pled no contest last week.
All three people involved in the chase face possible jail time, but are currently free on bond until sentencing in the coming months.
