The teenager, accused of hitting and killing a man on state road 933, was officially charged on Monday in adult court.

Joshua Anglemyer was charged with failure to stop after a serious injury accident resulting in death after his role in a fatal hit-and-run crash on State Road 933 and Auten last month.

One driver hit and killed Michael Marks and stopped.

Another pedestrian, David Fordyce, 49, tried to wave traffic away from Mark's body when Anglemyer is accused of hitting and killing him.

Anglemyer will be back in court on May 12 for a hearing and to set a trial date.
