TRAFFIC ALERT: Main Street closed through portion of DTSB

South Bend drivers will want to plan ahead for the morning commute if it runs through downtown South Bend.

Main Street is closed from Marion to Navarre starting at 7 o'clock Monday morning, lasting until late Tuesday.

A crane will be blocking the roadway as crews use it to replace an air-conditioning unit at Navarre.

This is the street that runs past Memorial Hospital. The parking garage and the emergency room can be accessed from the west.
