Swiss Valley's ski and snowboard area is seeing a delay in opening due to weather.
Jamie Stafne, a marketing manager for Swiss Valley, says the business has a snow machine and can make their own snow. She says their goal is to have snow made by New Year’s.
Once snow is made, it'll take 36 hours before Swiss Valley can open, since crews have to groom the hills.
