Suspect prosecuted under new meth laws

A suspect in Marshall County is being prosecuted under the latest Indiana meth laws.

A new provision makes it illegal for those convicted of meth crimes to possess pseudoephedrine without a prescription.

42-year-old Jamie Howell is now being charged with that class D felony.

The new laws took effect July 1st.
