Starke County Sheriff's Department has reported that they have found the missing teen.
Around 12:30pm on Wednesday the Starke County Sheriff’s Department were called to the 5000 block of 100 N in Starke County.
The police were informed of a run away involving 13 year-old James A. Chapman who left his home through a bedroom window. James was seen a short time later about a quarter of a mile east of his residence riding his white, mountain bike east.
