Four members of the St. Joseph County Democratic Party are expecting in court Monday for charges of conspiracy to commit fraud and forgery in an effort to get Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton placed on Indiana ballots.
Former Chair Butch Morgan has been charged with conspiracy to commit petition fraud in addition to conspiracy to commit forgery.
Three other co-defendants, Pam Brunette, Dustin Blythe and Beverly Shelton are all facing felony forgery charges.
Their next court date is scheduled for May 21st with a plea deadline of August 27th of next year.
