The girlfriend of former Penn Township trustee, Jeff Dean, has pleaded guilty to ghost employment.
The plea agreement requires Sarah Sharp to pay restitution of $39,165 to Penn Township.
Dean pleaded guilty in May for paying his girlfriend, Sharp for work she didn't do while he was still in office. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 15 months probation.
He says he "looked the other way" when she apparently overstated her hours.
Dean resigned from office in April.
