A Plymouth man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a teenage girl.
Brock Biddle, 26, is accused of sexual misconduct with a minor.
The girl, 15, made a report to police back in March, and after investigating, the prosecutor's office filed charges and issued a warrant for Biddle's arrest.
He was taken into custody on Sunday and is currently being held in the Marshall County jail on $10,000 bond.
