GOSHEN Seniors in Goshen are enjoying extra services from the Salvation Army.

The organization recently received $550,000 in grants, which they're putting toward senior programs like mentoring, budget counseling, and guest speakers – plus transportation to and from the center.

Organizers tell The Elkhart Truth that up to 70 seniors typically attend the bi-weekly meetings to chat with friends, play games and eat a hot meal.
