Rollover accident forces temporary closure

A rollover accident forced emergency crews to block off a busy south bend intersection for a short time Saturday afternoon.
It happened just before 5:00 p.m. when a car heading north on Eddy Street flipped over near East Jefferson Boulevard.
The vehicle crashed into a light pole, knocking it down and bringing several power lines with it.
Dispatchers tell Newscenter 16 no one was injured and police have temporarily blocked off the area until AEP arrives to clear the downed lines.
