The dispositional hearing or sentencing for the third of six Mishawaka wrestlers accused of sexually assaulting a fellow teammate has been continued.
Tuesday morning in juvenile court, the defense asked for a sentencing delay because his client, now 19, hasn't found the time to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.
Magistrate Barbara Johnson agreed to a July 31st extension only because the teen is working 60 hours a week at a local Burger King.
All six teens have been found guilty of attempted criminal deviate conduct.
So far only two teens have yet to be sentenced for the crime.
