A person of interest is being questioned in connection with a suspicious death in Michigan City.
Ryan Phelps is being questioned by police after they tracked him down earlier this evening.
A body was discovered just after 11 a.m. Thursday while police were conducting a welfare check at a home in the 300 block of Walker St.
Investigators say there were signs of foul play, but are not releasing any more details until they're able to notify the victim's family.
