Police have taken someone suspected in a hit and run accident in South Bend into custody.
One person was hurt in the accident that happened around 7 a.m. Tuesday. It happened on the 11000 block of South Michigan Street near Ivy Tech Community College.
No word yet on how serious the injuries were.
