Plymouth police arrest man for impregnating young teen

Plymouth police arrested a man Friday morning on charges relating to child molestation.
The Department of Child Services received a report of about a 15-year-old girl with a 14-month-old child. This means the girl was only 13 when she became pregnant.
Child Services reported this to the Plymouth Police Department back on October 18, 2012. After further investigation, a warrant was issued for Adam Macias's arrest. He is facing child molestation charges, a Class A felony with penalties ranging from twenty to fifty years in prison and a fine of up to $10,000.
Macias was booked Friday morning and is held on a $10,000 cash bond.
