This weekend dozens of coaches have a chance to learn how to teach their players to play like a champion.
Its part of a leadership conference called "Play like a Champion Today" sponsored by Notre Dame.
More than one hundred coaches, athletic directors and administrators are learning about the best methods in sports leadership.
Some of the hottest topics include bullying, teamwork and concussions.
“Anyone can have a concussion at any age. The youth are particularly at risk, because their head to body ratio is larger than a grown adult. Actually one of the highest rate of concussions is in youth athletes,” says Mark McLaughlin, MD.
This is the seventh year for the conference. Over the years more than 20,000 coaches have completed the workshops.
This year several coaches from Notre Dame including Muffet McGraw will be speaking.
Every year leaders focus on a different theme based on problems kids are facing.
