BENTON TOWNSHIP A man who robbed a party store last year will spend up to 15 years in prison.
The Herald Palladium reports that Theodore Price, 24, was sentenced to 71 months to 15 years for unarmed robbery, plus a concurrent two-year felony firearm sentence.
The robbery happened in October at K&S Party Store in Benton Township. He forced an employee at gunpoint to hand over more than $350 from the cash register. He was identified as the shooter in a police lineup.
