It’s an art studio that is no stranger to fundraisers. "U Can Paint 2" has only been open one year, but in that first year the owner has partnered up with other companies and together they have donated more than $30,000.

This week they will co-host another fundraiser with RE/MAX 100 and that money will benefit the Children's Miracle Network.
This is the second time these two have come together to host a fundraiser like this. The event is this Thursday and starts at 6 p.m.

Folks will meet at the "U Can Paint 2" studio in the martin’s plaza in south bend. The exact address is 2045 South Bend Avenue.

Each painter will get a canvas, paints, paint brushes, an easel and an apron. They will then follow the artist as she teaches the group how to paint a specific painting. They say this is a great way to relax, have fun and create a painting all for a great cause.

“The Indiana Regional RE/MAX has set up this partnership with Children Miracle Network and we have been very successful in raising money over the years. The agents will all donate a portion of the commission towards that and then we have items like this where areas like this where we can raise larger amounts,” explains Marsha Lambright, broker and owner of RE/Max 100.

Along with the painting, there will be door prizes. The cost is $50 per painter and 30 of that 50 dollars will go straight to the Children's Miracle Network.

If you want to help donate but you can’t make it to the event, you can stop by RE/MAX to either donate or pay for a few tickets in hopes of winning the door prizes.
