Our Towne Truck Pull and Community Faire to be held September 29th

Members of the South Bend community will be combining forces this month to support South Bend schools.

The annual Our Towne Truck Pull and Community Faire takes place Saturday, September 29th at the College Football Hall of Fame.

All 34 South Bend Community School Corporation schools have at least one team participating in the event. The schools are partnered with local businesses and organizations.

Our Towne Community Faire will also take place on September 29th on the Hall of Fame gridiron. The Junior League Thrift Shop will be open across the street at the Century Center with uniform sales. $5 will get a student a polo and a pair of khaki pants.

There will also be children's games, face painting and a mini-tractor pull.

Anyone age 16 and over can join a team in different categories and age groups.

Proceeds support the reading programs in the South Bend Community School Corporation.
