One person is behind bars after police found 43 marijuana plants inside his home. It happened in the 29000 block of U.S. 20 West in Elkhart.
David Benn, 55, is arrested on charges of cultivating over 30 grams of marijuana, as well as possession of marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance. All three are felony charges.
Police also found two pounds of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a rifle.
