Witnesses say Gill was stopped for a red light, and Goodwin struck him from behind. They say Goodwin got out of the car to check on Gill, but then jumped back in the car and took off.

"Errrr! Boosh" that's wanted it sounded like to me,” said Carrie Lowe, a witness of the crash. “It was really loud and they hit him and he just flew up in the air and hit the sidewalk and started shaking, and that's when I called 911.”

Witnesses gave police a description of the car, and when they caught up with Goodwin, they pulled her over. She was arrested for operating a vehicle without ever having a license and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash.
