No charges will be filed in the accidental death of a Berrien County teen.
That announcement was made Tuesday from the County Prosecutor's Office in the death of Tyler Carr, 21.
His body was found in March in a field in Pipestone Township.
After an investigation, police discovered Carr had accidentally been run over while he was passed out in a field near a house party.
His friends told police Carr had been drinking that night.
An autopsy showed the teen had been run over based on his injuries, but not knocked down or pushed to indicate foul play.
The Prosecutor's Office concluded that the driver was sober and did not know he'd run over Carr that night.
