New tests show best and worst booster seats

New tests show child booster seats are being made better.

The Insurance Institute of Highway Safety conducted crash tests and found that 19 of the 31 models on the market received high rankings.

Models with lap belts and a shoulder strap that fits across the chest ranked the highest.

Britax Parkway SG in Highback Mode and the Harmony Transit Deluxe are among the best, while two models from the Dorel Juvenile Group landed on the "not recommended" list.
