You can get to know South Bend's new police chief at a reception this evening.
The South Bend Common Council is hosting a meet and greet to welcome the city's 61st Police Chief Ron Teachman.
It runs from 7 to 8 Thursday night at the Kroc Center.
Mayor Pete Buttigieg will also be there.
