NIPSCO says the company is prepared to respond to the impacts from Wednesday night's storms.
The company is increasing staff at their customer call center. It is also scheduling extra work crews to handle any system problems, postponing scheduled work and putting crews in the field to monitor the system.
NIPSCO warns to stay away from downed power lines, damaged poles or other hazardous situatoins.
