The South Bend Chocolate Cafe is using some extra space to promote downtown South Bend.

It paired up with a local artist to create a large mural on the side of the cafe.

The mural depicts a couple in a traditional Studebaker and encourages visitors to visit the world's largest chocolate store.

But the mural is more than just an advertisement for chocolate.

“There's also a message about visit our other downtown attractions. We have the history center and the Studebaker Museum, and West Washington is a very beautiful street. So we're promoting the city as well,” said Mark Tarner of South Bend Chocolate Company.

The mural comes just in time for the 50th anniversary of the Studebaker Driving Club next week.
